With the continuous development and popularization of Internet technology, the Internet has penetrated into every aspect of our life and changed our way of life and work. In terms of enterprise management, the Internet has also brought new ideas and methods to enterprise management, that is, the “Internet+” era enterprise management mode. In this new era, enterprises want to adapt to and lead the changes in the market, we mustadjust the enterprise management mode in a timely manner, in order to be invincible in the fierce market competition. Through questionnaire survey, this paper models and conducts empirical analysis to explore the optimization path of enterprise management mode in the era of “Internet plus”. Specifically, this includes utilizing advanced information technology, data analysis, and artificial intelligence to improve enterprise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the accuracy of management decisions; through the establishment of innovative culture, innovative teams and open innovation with partners, we can more flexibly adapt to the changes in the Internet environment and maintain competitive advantage; encourage new digital talents to adapt to the development of business environment changes under the new situation of the Internet.
